Experience has taught me that many businesses simply do not have the time or expertise to keep their websites up to date. This is often despite the fact that these websites may be integral to business strategy.

Possible solutions
One option is to assign a member of staff to work on the website. However, other demands often come before the website, and the confidence to manage a website effectively can be quickly lost if website management is not a central role.
Another approach is to hire a staff member to be a dedicated website manager. The drawback here is that a full time member of staff is an expensive luxury for many businesses
The third option is to outsource your website's management to me.
How it works 
I will work on your website for an agreed number of hours per month. How those hours are used is up to you. You can either specify exactly what you want done on the site, or alternatively you can leave it to me to suggest what I believe should be addressed next.
At the end of each month you will be supplied with an invoice plus a report cataloguing all the work undertaken, together with a proposal for what I suggest is done next
